Contemplative Life is a term meaning how one prays and connects to God on a personal level and allows Him space to connect back to us, to rest in each other’s presence, just being.
It can involve spoken or silent prayer, meditation, journaling, being alone or within a group. As a parish, this ministry focuses on our prayer life, how we include God and each other in shaping our journeys to God’s Kingdom, now and for eternity.
Practically, it includes building prayer groups, opportunities for spiritual meditation and retreats, sharing testimonies of faith, and creating occasions for any parishioner who wants to further their own contemplative prayer life.
Our parish desire is to build strong spiritual connections, to pray with and for each other and the world, embraced by the grace and mercy of God’s presence.
